The Trump administration responded to the Pensacola Naval Base terror attack by a Saudi military officer by running PR for Saudi Arabia.
Trump tweeted Saudi PR:
….The King said that the Saudi people are greatly angered by the barbaric actions of the shooter, and that this person in no way shape or form represents the feelings of the Saudi people who love the American people.

His Secretary of State Mike Pompeo joined in:
I just spoke with Foreign Minister Al-Saud of Saudi Arabia who expressed his condolences and sadness at the loss of life in the horrific attack in Pensacola, Florida yesterday. The families and friends of those killed, and those wounded, will be in our thoughts and prayers.

Sen. Chris Murphy noted how unnerving it is for an administration to defend a country whose military officer committed a terrorist attack in the US:
It’s unnerving how eager everyone in this Administration is to be PR agents for the Saudis. I’m glad they are sad and cooperative, but ask yourself – would this Administration do this for any other country besides Saudi Arabia? Just so weird. https://t.co/Puoe4SaI4n

The President Of The United States is defending the home of the terrorist that killed four people in Florida instead of demanding answers.
While the country rightly focuses on Trump’s Russia/Ukraine potential crimes, the question of what Saudi Arabia has on Trump is one of the great mysteries surrounding this administration.
Americans have died on US soil, and Donald Trump is afraid to stand up to the Saudis.
