Terrified Trump Tries To Stop Impeachment With Ukraine Call Transcript

Trump is scared, so he is trying to make impeachment go away by releasing the transcript of his phone call with the president of Ukraine.

Trump tweeted:

Trump is trying to do the right thing. He is terrified that he is about to be impeached, so he is trying to make the investigation go away by releasing the transcript of a phone call with the Ukraine president. There is no reason to believe that the same president who edited a hurricane forecast with a Sharpie is going to release the full and unedited transcript of a telephone that is at the center of an impeachment investigation.

If Democrats were not threatening impeachment, Trump wouldn’t release the transcript.

This story is about so much more than a transcript. The whistleblower expressed concern over several Trump behaviors that are potentially illegal. The transcript isn’t going to cut it.

Unlike Mueller, Trump can’t interfere and meddle with this investigation.

Donald Trump is scared, but if he really was innocent, he’d be releasing the whistleblower complaint, not a call transcript.
