The moment from SNL that really upset Trump seems to have been when they suggested that he will be charged with crimes after the Mueller report drops.
Alec Baldwin As Trump said, “So I’m going to sign the paper for emergency, and then I’m going to be immediately be sued, and the ruling will not go in my favor, and then it will end up in the Supreme Court, and I will call my buddy Kavanaugh and say time to repay the Donny, and he’ll say new phone. Who dis? And then the Mueller report will be released, crumbling my house of cards, and I can just plead insanity and do a few months in the puzzle factory, and my personal hell of playing president will finally be over.”

It wasn’t just that SNL called his wall declaration fake. It was their suggestion that Trump is a crazy loser who is committing crimes that are going to bring him down that set the president off.
The fear of being charged with a crime and going to prison is always in Trump’s head. Trump has lost it before over the suggestion that he can be indicted. Trump isn’t most worried about winning reelection or even impeachments. What scares Trump most is the idea that his decades of criminal activity could force him to spend the rest of his life in prison.
