Republicans are going to regret ever pushing Brett Kavanaugh‘s Supreme Court nomination as Dr. Christine Blasey Ford destroyed Kavanaugh’s claim that she has the wrong guy.

Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) asked Dr. Ford how she knew that it was Brett Kavanaugh who assaulted her. Ford described basic memory functions and how the brain encodes and locks traumatic memories, as other details. She was asked if this could be a case of mistaken identity. Dr. Ford answered, “Absolutely not.”
Republicans are going to regret ever holding this hearing for years to come. Dr. Ford has been more than credible. She has been intelligent, fair, and incredibly moving. This hearing about assessing the credibility and fitness of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court. Kavanaugh’s mistaken identity defense was always flimsy and absurd, and Brett Kavanaugh looks like a liar when his story is compared to the testimony of Christine Blasey Ford.
