Trump Calls Democrats Crazy As He Lies About Winning Russia Collusion Lawsuit

Trump to spin the judge throwing out the DNC lawsuit over Russia collusion as a victory, but it was a lie. The lawsuit was not tossed for lack of merit, but jurisdiction.

Trump tweeted:

The explicitly stated that her ruling was not related to collusion

Judge Ellen Huvelle ruled, “It bears emphasizing that this Court’s ruling is not based on a finding that there was no collusion between defendants and Russia during the 2016 presidential election. his is the wrong forum for plaintiffs’ lawsuit. The Court takes no position on the merits of plaintiffs’ claims.”

The judge didn’t rule that there was no collusion. The judge ruled that her court was not the appropriate venue for the lawsuit. It was a technical decision, which means that the DNC needs to file their lawsuit in the appropriate court. The fact that Trump had to throw in an attack on the sanity of Democrats revealed how desperate he is to discredit anything that involves Russia and his presidential campaign colluding.

Trump was lying, and the smears are intended to discredit the accusers.

Desperation is growing in the Oval Office. The Russia net gets closer each day. All the evidence is on the side of Trump and his campaign doing something very illegal to win the election. Trump doesn’t have any evidence of innocence, so all he can do is lob smears on Twitter, and hope to discredit the scandal before it brings him down.
