Trump just opened himself up to a massive lawsuit by renaming his private for-profit club the “Southern White House.”

Trump said, “Many of the world’s great leaders request to come to Mar-a-Lago in palm beach, they like it, I like it, we’re comfortable. We have great relationships, remember we were here and president XI of China here, and it was originally built as the southern white house. It was called the southern white house. We have given to the United States and then Jimmy Carter decided it was too expensive for the United States so the fortunately for me gave it back and I bought it, so it was it was a circuitous route. So now it is indeed the southern white house. And many people want to be here, many of the leaders want to be here, they request specifically.”
Trump has already been sued for refusing to release the White House visitor logs, and the visitor logs for Mar-a-Lago The White House responded to the lawsuit by releasing a laughably slim list of 22 names in response to the CREW lawsuit.
The corruption is epidemic with Trump. He is using the platform of the presidency to promote his private business while refusing to release visitor logs and information about that business, which he has declared to be a “southern white house” to the public.
Ethics watchdogs are already on this, but given that Trump has just confessed that he considers his private club to a part of the White House, new action needs to be taken, until this corrupt president can be removed from or voted out of office.
