Bombshell Drops As Mueller Has Proof Of Trump/Russia Collusion

Mueller has proof that Trump’s lawyer Michael Cohen was in Prague in the summer of 2016 meeting with Russians, which not only validates another piece of the Steele Dossier but also is evidence of Trump/Russia collusion.

McClatchy reported:

The Justice Department special counsel has evidence that Donald Trump’s personal lawyer and confidant, Michael Cohen, secretly made a late-summer trip to Prague during the 2016 presidential campaign, according to two sources familiar with the matter.

….

It would also be one of the most significant developments thus far in Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation of whether the Trump campaign and the Kremlin worked together to help Trump win the White House. Undercutting Trump’s repeated pronouncements that “there is no evidence of collusion,” it also could ratchet up the stakes if the president tries, as he has intimated he might for months, to order Mueller’s firing.

The Steele Dossier reported that Cohen was meeting with Kremlin officials in Prague in August of 2016. If Mueller has confirmed that the meeting happened it would be the most direct evidence of Trump/Russia collusion to emerge yet. Cohen and Trump have consistently lied about the meeting, so if Mueller that it took place, it could lead to increased legal jeopardy for Cohen and impeachment for Trump.

Trump and Cohen are joined at the hip, so if Michael Cohen went to Prague to meet Putin’s people, Trump not only knew about the meeting but may have authorized it. Trump doesn’t use email, but Cohen does. The raid on Michael Cohen has likely given prosecutors a treasure trove of Trump/Russia evidence.

Should Trump make a move to fire Mueller now, Republicans will be facing a new level of urgency to special counsel, because no collusion might have just become a whole lot of collusion.
