Unstable Trump Described As Emotionally Dependent On Jared Kushner and Ivanka

Trump’s son in law and daughter have been massive failures in Washington, but insiders describe the President as emotionally dependent on his favorite daughter and son in law to make him feel better.

A Vanity Fair profile of Jared and Ivanka’s time in Washington contained this bit of telling insight:

Jared Kushner once described himself as “first among equals” in the West Wing, and one wonders as time goes on if he might be inclined to drop the latter part of that description. “Trump is emotionally dependent on his son-in-law and his daughter . . . but they can’t do anything for him,” said the Washington veteran. “All they can do is make him feel better about what his life has come to.”

That does not sound like a man who is happy to be president. Trump sounds miserable, and the above passage matches up with reports that he is depressed and not emotionally coping well with his failing presidency. Trump is a man who arrogantly sought an office that he isn’t qualified to hold. Trump now has his ego crushed on a daily basis as a nation expects leadership, but all he has to offer is ignorance.

A man who can’t emotionally function without being propped up by his daughter and son in law is not fit to be president.

All presidents have their down times and dark moments, but Trump seems to be viewing the presidency as a curse that is ruining his life. Donald Trump is barely hanging on, and the President’s inability to function is bad news for every American who cares about their country.
