During a press conference today, President Trump vowed to never give up on his plan to take away health care from millions of people, which will kill 43,000 Americans per year.

Trump said, “We’re doing very well on health care. We’ll see what happens, but this is a great bill. This is a great plan, and this will be great health care. There was never a give up. The press sort of reported that there was a give up. There’s no give up.”
The problem is that by continuing to pursue this health care plan that had a 17% approval rating, Trump is dooming the Republican Party. Every time Trump forces Republicans to vote on this horrible plan, he is adding more votes to Democrats in 2018 and 2020. People aren’t idiots. They understand that having to pay more money for less healthcare is not a good thing. They also understand that tens of millions of people not having health care is very bad.
An estimated 43,000 Americans will die each year if the ACA (Obamacare) is repealed, and Donald Trump just promised to do everything he can to make those people die.
Trump’s delusional belief that his health care bill is getting better is paving the wave for Democratic victories in 2017, 2018, and beyond.
