Hillary Camp Compiles the Must See Moments from Trump’s Convention of Doom

If you missed the dark, gloomy, macabre Trump convention, you’re probably not feeling as hungover and sick as the rest of America. It’s understandable that you would want to turn away from this national disgrace.

But you do need to know just how bad it was. This isn’t a time for people to look away. Luckily the Hillary for America people compiled a few clips you can watch quickly.

“Donald Trump’s convention: filled with fear and hatred”

It should be noted that as troubling as these clips are, they are nothing to having watched the entire convention. Imagine 20 hours of that, with “Lock her up!” chants from the crowd and leading Republicans inciting it. Imagine being told for 20 hours how awful America is and how we are near destruction. There were a lot of tears and talk of murder, endless talk of murder. They exploited grief and used it to spin lies about Hillary Clinton, so they could avoid telling America what their plans were.

The mood of bitter rage that colored the entire event is hard to shake. Ben Carson was an up, if that tells you anything.

I tweeted on day one, “I think we’re witnessing the death of the Republican party. This convention stinks like a rotting corpse being torn into by vultures.”

It only got worse, culminating in Donald Trump’s acceptance speech, which was so angry and full of deranged rage and contempt it was almost impossible not to run away screaming.

The problem with Donald Trump is not that he’s a Republican or a conservative. The problem with Donald Trump is he is a dangerous, divisive demagogue and know-nothing with an ego so big he is easily manipulated by men like Putin.
