Donald Trump Gets High On His Own Supply, Vows He Will Be a Two-Term President

We should start off by noting that Donald Trump chose to give an exclusive to the hate-mongers at Breitbart.

Now that we know just at what level of vitriol Trump is most comfortable, during this exclusive Trump called former Governor Jeb Bush (R-FLA) out for daring to speak a little Spanish while giving a speech in Miami… Where there are people who speak Spanish.

“I like Jeb. He’s a nice man. But he should really set the example by speaking English while in the United States.”

Yes, when Trump is president, any attempt to speak another language while in the U.S. will be viewed as a poor example. We prefer our people to be as ignorant and closed off as possible. No second languages.

This tiff stems from Jeb Bush saying of Trump at a recent Miami speech, “El hombre no es conservador.”

Ouch. Also not true. But Republicans are trying hard to disavow Trump.

This is the Republican Party presidential primary so I hope you didn’t just blow your surreal outrage on that one statement. Because of course, there is more.

More narcissism and delusion, so much more.

Trump told Breitbart he will be a two-term president, as beloved by conservatives as their god, Ronald Reagan:

“You know, Ronald Reagan wasn’t a conservative,” Trump said. “He became a great conservative. By the time I’m finished, people will say I’m a great conservative. By the time I’m finished with the presidency, after eight years of the presidency, people will say I’m a great conservative—far greater than Jeb would ever have the ability to be.”

Ok then.

In reality, Donald Trump will most likely be eclipsed out by the next Republican flavor of the month, Ben Carson, in September. This is how Republican primaries have been going since the party devolved into the nightmare of bigotry and denial that it’s become.

That is certainly a hope for establishment Republicans, whose favored King Jeb Bush has already burned through his generous campaign donations in an effort to make you forget his last name. Meanwhile, the Koch favorite Gov. Scott Walker can’t go on national television without making a fool of himself and was seen most recently pretending he had never called for a wall between the U.S. and Canada.
